For this installment of the series, Queen Studios had a chat with Warren Dante from Trinidad and Tobago.
WHAT'S YOUR NAME AND WHERE DO YOU COME FROM?
I am Warren Dante; I am from the beautiful Caribbean Islands Trinidad & Tobago.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN COLLECTING?
I have been collecting since March 2021.
WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST STATUE?
My First Statue was XM Studios Deathstroke from the Samurai Line.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE FRANCHISE TO COLLECT?
I collect Marvel, DC & Transformers, it’s difficult to choose a favorite when there are so many great statues from all these franchises.
WHICH CHARACTERS ARE YOUR FAVOURITE?
Gal Gadot as DC’s Wonder Woman and DC’s Deathstroke.
WHAT COLLECTIBLES ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO PRE-ORDERING?
Queen Studios 1/2 scale WW84 (Wonder Woman) and 1/2 scale Heath Ledger Joker
WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE QUEEN STUDIOS COLLECTIBLE?
Currently my Queen Studios' 1/2 Scale Jason Momoa as Aquaman
HOW MANY COLLECTIBLES DO YOU OWN?
Currently I own 20 High End Statues.
HOW DID YOU DISCOVER QUEEN STUDIOS?
I discovered you guys through Facebook.
WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST QUEEN STUDIOS COLLECTIBLE?
1/2 Scale Jason Momoa Aquaman.
HOW DO YOU DISPLAY YOUR COLLECTIBLES?
All my collectibles are displayed using custom built displays.
WHY HAVE YOU CHOSEN TO COLLECT STATUES AND BUSTS, AND NOT ANOTHER FORM OF MEMORABILIA?
I chose this hobby because of the sheer presence and the beauty these statues represent, and they give my home a museum like ambience, which is a bonus.
HOW BIG IS YOUR COLLECTION?
Currently I have 20 Statues and about 35 more on Pre-Order coming in 2022/23. This includes Queen Studios' 1/4 Mark44, Hulk on Throne, Iron Spider-Man 1/4 scale and The Dark Knight Catwoman 1/3 statue.
