  1. The competition is open to adults aged 18 years or over.
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Closing date for entry will be August 28th 2021.
  5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  6. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
  • To Enter: During the specified lucky draw period (announced when the lucky draw is announced), you may enter by completing the Queen Studios China Joy Collector Survey.

  • To enter successfully complete the Queen Studios China Joy Collector Survey as honestly as possible* (*This information will be used to help the QS team improve).

  • Limit one entry per person or one email account for the duration of the lucky draw period.

  • Online entries must be received by the specified date and time to be eligible via this method of entry.

  • If you choose to access the lucky draw via a wireless device, data rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier.

  • Entries will be deemed to have been submitted and made by the authorized account holder of the YouTube account at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the YouTube account.

  • Any entry information collected from the contest/sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, with these Official Rules and with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

  • False, fraudulent, or deceptive entries or acts will render entrant(s) and entries ineligible.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  3. The prize is as follows: “Queen Studios Merchandise” which may include but not limited to pens, baseball caps, cups, flasks, t-shirts and other merchandise including the Queen Studios logo or style guide.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen: at random from the email addresses used to enter this competition.

Odds of winning a prize are determined by a total number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person, household, IP address, and/or email address.

All winners agree to pay shipping and all other costs for and in connection with any prize(s) granted by Queen Studios during the lucky draw.

If the winner prefers a specific quicker shipping method, they are responsible to notify us immediately and will also be responsible to cover the additional costs if any.

  1. The winner will be notified via email.

  2. Successful winners must reply to within 30 days to claim their prize.
  3. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  4. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
