Photo Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition is open to adults aged 18 years or over.
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Closing date for entry will be Dec 11 2022.
  5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  6. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
  • To Enter: During the specified contest/sweepstakes period (announced when the contest/sweepstakes is announced), you may enter by sharing an image of a Queen Studios’collectible that has been on display at Singapore Comic Con 2022 at Booth #L1-C03.
  • For your image to be entered, make sure you tag queen_studios_collectibles and include #sgcc2022 #queenstudioscollectibles in your caption.
  • Limit one entry per person, household, IP address and/or email address for the duration of the contest/sweepstakes period regardless of the form of entry.
  • Online entries must be received by the specified date and time to be eligible via this method of entry.
  • If you choose to access the contest/sweepstakes via a wireless device, data rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier.
  • Entries will be deemed to have been submitted and made by the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning such email addresses for its associated domain name.
  • If entries are received in excess of the stated limitation from any person or household or e-mail address during the contest/sweepstakes period, regardless of method of entry, only the first entry received will be eligible for entry.
  • Any entry information collected from the contest/sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, with these Official Rules and with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
  • False, fraudulent, or deceptive entries or acts will render entrant(s) and entries ineligible.
  1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  3. The prizes are as follows: One (1) Item of Limited Edition Queen Studios Merchandises. 
  4. If you will not attend SGCC 2022 in person, you will Not be eligible to win this prize.
  5. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  6. Winners will be chosen at by randomto avoid bias and keep the competition fair.
  7. Odds of winning a prize are determined by a total number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person, household, IP address, and/or email address.
  8. The winner will be notified by Direct Message. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  9. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [Chinese] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [China.]
  13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [GDPR] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  14. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Queen Studios and not to any other party.
  16. If you have opted into hear back from Queen Studios email marketing, Queen Studios will contact you from time to time regarding news and promotional events. Data will be securely stored and will NOT be shared with any third parties.
  • Queen Studios decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  • Queen Studios have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  • Queen Studios also reserve the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
