Queen Studios X INART Event Terms and Conditions
To be valid, the ticket is subject to the terms of conditions of Queen Studios.
Remember:
*This ticket is not refundable, transferable or exchangeable.
*This ticket is only valid for the location, Date written on the ticket. Pass the time, access to the event is not guaranteed and don’t not entitle to any refund.
*It is prohibited to reproduce, use, copy, duplicate, counterfeit this ticket in any manner whatsoever. Queen Studios has not authorized other institutions and platforms to sell tickets, so please choose the correct ticket purchase channel.Queen Studios will not assume any responsibility for any disputes caused by the purchase of fake tickets through unofficial channels, and reserves the right to pursue related responsibilities.
*Nobody will be allowed admission to the Event without a valid ticket or pass.
*Do not carry any dangerous goods.For the safety of people at the Event, the venue management and the Organiser reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.
*Liability: The purchaser remains responsibility for the use made of ticket.
*The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.
*Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by the Organiser and our trusted sponsors and partners.
If the Event is changed, postponed or cancelled due to special reasons, Queen Studios will contact you in time.
If the ticketing policy has changed, please follow the latest notice. Queen Studios reserves the right of final interpretation of this activity.
COVID-19
*In order to minimise the risk of Covid-19 transmission to ticket-holders, staff, volunteers the following terms and conditions apply in addition to the general terms and conditions:
*Please do not attend if you or anyone in your household have any of the following symptoms, or has experienced these symptoms in the past 10 days and has not received a negative result from a Covid test:
- A high temperature
- A new, continuous cough
- A loss or change in your sense of smell or taste
*Queen Studios and INART will offer a full refund to ticket-holders who are unable to attend if they have tested positive for Covid-19.
*All other refunds will be offered in line with our ordinary terms and conditions.
If you are feeling well and able to attend we ask that you follow our guidelines to minimise the risk of Covid-19 transmission.
*Queen Studios and INART will not be responsible for any reimbursements for travel expenses or accommodation.
*Queen Studios and INART recommends that all customers book flexible accommodation and flights that allow free cancellations prior to the event.
*Queen Studios and INART recommend that all attendees self test using an over the counter testing kit prior to travel.
*Attendees may be tested prior to entering the event. If the attendee tests positive, the attendee may be instructed to return at a later time to view the figures and statues, may not be permitted to view the presentation segment of the event.
