Photo Competiton Terms and Conditions SDCC 2024

  1. The Photo Competition is open to adults aged 18 years or over.
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Photo Competition.
  3. By participating this Photo Competition, an participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Closing date for participation will be July 28th 2024.
  5. The rules of the Photo Competition and how to participate are as follows:
    • To Enter: During the specified Photo Competition period (announced when the Photo Competition is announced), you may participate by taking photo of Queen Studios or INART booth #3229 or Queen Studios or INART product and sharing on Facebook or Instagram with correct hushtag.
    • Limit one participate per person, household, IP address and/or social media account for the duration of the Photo Competition period regardless of the form of participate.
    • Post must be posted by the specified date and time to be eligible via this method of participate.
    • If you choose to access the Photo Competition via a wireless device, data rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier.
    • Submission will be deemed to have been submitted and made by the authorized account holder at the time of participate. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the social media account by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning such account for its associated domain name.
    • If submission are received in excess of the stated limitation from any person or household or account during the Photo Competition period, regardless of method of participate, only the first submission received will be eligible for participate.
    • Any information collected from the Photo Competition shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by authorized account holder at the time of the Photo Competition, with these Official Rules and with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
    • False, fraudulent, or deceptive acts will render ineligible.
  6. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Photo Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the Photo Competition will be notified as soon as possible by the promoter.
  7. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participants by any third party connected with this Photo Competition.
  8. The prize is as follows:One (1) 
  9. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  10. Winners will be chosen by Top 10 Highest likes.
  11. Limit one prize per person, household, IP address, and/or email address.
  12. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 4 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  13. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Photo Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. By entering this Photo Competition, an participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  16. The Photo Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [Chinese] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [China.]
  17. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current [GDPR] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.
  18. Participate into the Photo Competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to INART and Queen Studios and not to any other party.
  20. If you have opted into hear back from Queen Studios and INART email marketing, Queen Studios and INART will contact you from time to time regarding news and promotional events. Data will be securely stored and will NOT be shared with any third parties.
  • Queen Studios and INART will judge the Photo Competition and decide on the winner, which will be picked based on the number of votes.
  • Queen Studios and INART decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final.
  • The participants must be following Queen Studios and INART on Facebook in order to participate.
  • Queen Studios and INART have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  • Queen Studios and INART also reserve the right to cancel the Photo Competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
