Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition is open to adults aged 18 years or over.
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • To Enter: During the specified contest/sweepstakes period (announced when the contest/sweepstakes is announced), you may enter by filling out the Contest Entry Form online.

  • Limit one entry per person, household, IP address and/or email address for the duration of the contest/sweepstakes period regardless of the form of entry.

  • Online entries must be received by the specified date and time to be eligible via this method of entry.

  • If you choose to access the contest/sweepstakes via a wireless device, data rates may apply according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier.

  • Entries will be deemed to have been submitted and made by the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning such email addresses for its associated domain name.

  • If entries are received in excess of the stated limitation from any person or household or e-mail address during the contest/sweepstakes period, regardless of method of entry, only the first entry received will be eligible for entry.

  • Any entry information collected from the contest/sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of the entry, with these Official Rules and with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

  • False, fraudulent, or deceptive entries or acts will render entrant(s) and entries ineligible.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  3. The prize is as follows:One (1) Ticket to Wonder Festival Shanghai including return flight tickets.
  4. Due to current flight restrictions and border controls in China, this prize will be redeemable within 3 years of the competition start date. The prize will expire by July 2024.
  5. If the prize is not claimed due to ongoing travel restrictions, an alternative prize will be organised.
  6. Return tickets are redeemable up to a value of $1,400 USD from any location in the world as long as there are no ongoing travel restrictions and disputes between the People’s Republic of China and the Winner’s country of residence.
  7. The Winner is responsible for securing the necessary travel visa’s or documents required to enter China at the Winner’s expense prior to departure.
  8. Wonder Festival tickets will be be paid for in full by Queen Studios. If the Winner would like to bring a “plus one”, the Winner must notify Queen Studios in advance and arrange payment for an additional ticket.
  9. The Winner is responsible for sourcing accommodation in China at the Winner’s expense. Should the winner require assistance in booking, the winner can contact the Queen Studios team, but the final expenses must be covered by the Winner.   10. The winner will also get the opportunity to visit Queen Studio’s HQ in Hangzhou China and will have a tour of the offices and meet the team.

    The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

    Winners will be chosen at by random email address. This will be selected using online randomisation software to avoid bias and keep the competition fair.

    Odds of winning a prize are determined by a total number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person, household, IP address, and/or email address.

  11. The winner will be notified by Facebook Direct Message. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
